A wonderfully colourful lunch hosted by The Cheshire Magazine to raise awareness for the plight of 3660 women housed in women’s refuges in the UK, many of whom have little or no access to toiletries and sanitary products, Elle Forelle aim to change that. The glittery event raised much-needed awareness for the charity along with creating new relationships for collection and distribution points for the products.

Seventy9 Social Members Monster Mash their way through Halloween

Opera Grill, Chester | 10/2018

Professionals from around Chester donned their masks and makeup at the ‘Mask’s a Must’ ball for an evening of skeleton, shenanigans, Dracula and dancing at Chester’s Opera Grill. Halloween saw the Seventy9 Social group party into the early hours whilst being entertained by the live band, the Four Wise Monkeys. Guests were greeted by the infamous Plague Doctor (which caused a stir on Chesters streets a few years ago as part of the Big Heritage promotion), then settled in with champagne and canapés before enjoying the festivities of All-hallows eve.

The Business Connection’s 30th Birthday

Oddfellows, Chester

It was party time for The Business Connection, as they celebrated their 30th birthday at Oddfellows Hotel, Chester! Managing Director, Jason Fox, summed it up perfectly when he said “We are delighted to be celebrating 30 years of matching great candidates into jobs within the region. We believe our strongest assets are our people, so tonight is for them, a chance to have some fun and raise a glass to all their hard work.”
In celebration of the momentous anniversary, the team at The Business Connection has challenged themselves with completing 30 hours of voluntary work (ranging from dog walking at an animal shelter, to running the Chester Santa Dash) for local charities. 30ForThirty
