Footballers, reality stars and soap sirens, joined in the fun to sample treats from the menu which is exclusive to the London Road eatery and brings another dimension to the UK's Asian fusion offer. Executive Chef, Victor Yu, celebrated for his take on Asian cuisine and named the best Chinese Chef by Gordon Ramsay and Head Chef Krzyztof Borowiak, have designed 12 new dishes that blend exquisite flavours, the best ingredients as well as more vegan and vegetarian options, to create the new menus.
