One & Only The Palm
One & Only The Palm is known for its chic glamour; with its very own private beach, it is perfect for honeymooners and is located on the western peninsula of The Palm. There are lots of water sports on offer and afterwards, you can relax together in the spa. One & Only the Palm ‘Ultimate One&Only Guerlain Spa Escape for Two’ offers you the ultimate honeymoon privacy and features an hour-long Guerlain Spa treatment and other amenities include a pool, beach and a private poolside cabana along with afternoon tea. There is a choice of three restaurants and bars and the magical 101 Dining Lounge and Bar is overwater and the Dubai skyline backdrop.
Honeymooners can stroll along the many pathways surrounded by fountains, private gardens and dazzling blue swimming pools. Relax on a daybed with your favourite books and take in the stunning skyline that surrounds you. For the ultimate in luxury, you can stay in a private beachfront villa complete with private swimming pool just seconds from feeling the sand on your feet on the beach in front of you. It also has its own marina which gives it the feel of a romantic island getaway feel with boat transfers to One & Only Royal Mirage.
Madinat Jumeirah Resort
Madinat Jumeirah has a hotel to suit everyone. Jumeirah Al Qasr, Jumeirah Mina A Salam, Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf and Jumeirah Al Naseem are interconnected by 3kms of waterways traversed by traditional Abra boats. For honeymooners, we recommend Madinat Jumeirah al Naseem, positioned along a stretch of private beach. The Gulf Ocean Suite is perfect for romance it has views of the ocean and beach from a private terrace with cabana: it also comes with Lounge benefits and access to the exclusive Summersalt Beach Club.
Across the resort, there are facilities and amenities including tennis, squash, rock climbing wall and fitness centre and all guests have access to the Wild Wadi Waterpark for some adrenaline-fuelled tube riding and lazy river floating. Talise Spa has couples’ suites and signature treatments and for something really special how about Full Moon Yoga by the beach together with your new spouse.
Also, within the resort is the Madinat Souk where romantics will find boutiques, stands and stalls where mementoes are sure to be purchased. Dining options are many, but for something special for two enjoy the mezze to share and a cocktail accompanied by soulful tunes at Bahri Bar overlooking the sea.
Waldorf Astoria
Waldorf Astoria is located on a private beach which overlooks the Arabian Gulf and rooms have views over the sea or Palm Jumeirah. This is a fantastic haven for honeymooners to celebrate, especially if you want the chance to pamper yourselves at the Guerlain Spa which has a special couples suite where you and your partner can relax and have a variety of treatments in your own intimate suite.
The spa also features whirlpool hot tubs, experience showers and ice fountains in its 3, 200-meter luxury spa with adult-only spa pool. There are also six dining options including Vietnamese cuisine at LAO and Social by Heinz Beck, a Michelin starred chef. As part of the honeymoon package, you will receive a room upgrade subject to availability, a romantic room set up, a bottle of wine and cake in room upon arrival and a 25 per cent discount on spa treatments.
You can also flop and drop on the private beach in a private pool cabana and relax together with a cocktail in hand or take part in an excursion or activity such as tennis or basketball.
Al Maha a Luxury Collection Desert Resort & Spa
If you really want to escape the city and have a truly romantic haven, then Al Maha is the perfect secluded desert haven. The suites here are built to resemble the Bedouin encampment and interiors are filled with authentic Arabian furnishings. They each open out to a large wooden deck with a private pool where you can enjoy romantic meals and relaxation in total privacy.
You can choose to dine in privacy, or at the fine dining restaurant or have a unique experience together on a ‘Dune Dining’ experience under the Arabian sky and lit by flame torches. Adventures on offer if you want to explore as well as relax and enjoy your time alone are guided nature walks within the reserve, sand dune driving, wildlife drives, a Ghaf tree walk and archery.
The honeymoon package includes a private deck dining experience, a bottle of chilled Champagne upon arrival and two spa treatments with stays of 4 or more nights. The spa features private massage rooms for couples and there is a private Rasoul chamber, cold plunge pool, Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
