Raise a Glass to Dad at Luciano by Gino D'Acampo this Father's Day

Leading Italian chef Gino D’Acampo has introduced a special set menu at his restaurant Luciano by Gino D’Acampo in Alderley Edge for Father’s Day.

The exclusive menu, available on Sunday June 19, promises to serve the perfect celebration, with a carefully curated selection of dishes each harnessing the season’s finest ingredients.

Arrive to a glass of chilled Franciacorta, with Cerignola olives (ve) and tomato, garlic and basil pesto flatbread (v) to share, before savouring the taste of one of three signature starters - calamari fritti with lemon, confit and garlic mayonnaise; San Daniele ham and melon; and caprese salad.

A choice of four main courses follows including sea bass, roast pepper, tomato and parsley; chicken scaloppine with a  lemon sauce and served with a mixed leaf salad; aubergine parmigiana; and Aberdeen Angus and Hereford, Ribeye (225g) with a green peppercorn sauce.  All are served with roast potatoes and vegetables.

Three desserts complete the set menu including bomboloni - Italian doughnuts with a raspberry & white chocolate sauce; panna cotta with Amaretto, strawberries and honeycomb; and gelato.

Those who want to truly spoil their dad are invited to wrap their meal with a glass of something special on the restaurant’s beautiful piazza.

The set menu is available at £50pp and features alongside the main a-la-carte menu.
