Every day is different and can involve anything from arranging a themed event with the on-site restaurant to completing the weekly and monthly checks to ensure that everything is working as it should across the community, supported by the Pegasus team Petrina, Matthew and Andrew. A big part of the day is catching up with homeowners, checking if they are well and if we can do anything to support them. This is my favourite part as it’s so nice to have conversations with them and discover more about their fascinating lives.

Regional Sales Manager
A big part of my role is being involved in the customer’s journey from the outset, understanding what is important to them when choosing their new home. It is important to me that the process is managed in line with their expectations. I work closely with my sales team and the onsite team making sure we are supporting everyone, as the journey progresses to calling Chapelwood home. What do I love most about Chapelwood? Popping in to catch up with new and current owners, seeing them settling in and being part of the community.

I very much enjoy my job, liaising with the homeowners and rental members and getting to know them. I love the working environment with both the team and the homeowners, and I am very appreciative of the feedback and compliments we receive. In my down time I enjoy joining the homeowners for coffee where we take the opportunity to get to know each other better and develop great relationships. At Chapelwood I feel like we are one big family.

I am from the Caribbean Island of Anguilla and I have a background in fine dining and enjoy showcasing my talents alongside my chef Alex at Chapelwood. We get to be creative and by knowing our customers we are able to produce high quality but simple menus that the homeowners can enjoy. I really enjoy hosting dinner parties where my guests can test my new dishes.

I like working here because we get to use fresh, local ingredients to create new menus on a weekly basis. I feel like we have a good team that supports each other, and we all have a great working relationship. We all get on well with the homeowners and rental members which makes serving them a pleasure.
