David was born and bred in Tarporley when his family moved to the village in the late 1960s, hence the village and surrounding areas are very important to him. David has been selling properties since 1986 and founded Cheshire Lamont in 2001. He has vast experience in all levels of the market and is as comfortable selling a terraced cottage as he is a large country home.

Bill, an estate agent for 30 years, gained a board position within a national organisation and subsequently spent fourteen years within a large independent practice working in Chester, North Wales, North Shropshire and Staffordshire.
