My last 17 years have been a continuous journey of discovery, learning, up-skilling and refining, with one anchor at the centre of every thought process – the patient. I’m extremely passionate about dentistry and feel privileged to work within a profession where I can make a true difference to people’s lives each and every day. It is imperative to me that I understand every patient’s individual objectives and deliver these through the highest possible standards of care with my team.
Delivering the highest standards of care for my patients is my primary priority. I fully appreciate and understand the apprehension some patients feel when visiting a dental practice. Making them feel as comfortable as possible, I am never judgemental of any circumstance, whether it has been a long time since they last saw a dentist or a concern that makes them feel self-conscious, I am only here to help and offer my guidance and support.
I am the open arms of Superior Smiles, always here to offer a warm greeting and welcome you to the practice. I understand that coming to see a new dentist can be daunting and a lot of people don’t know what to expect. For me, building the relationship does not start when you come through our door, it starts from the first telephone call or email. I really enjoy talking to patients, following their journey and supporting them in any way I can.
I simply love working with patients and helping them to feel at ease. We have a lot of patients that understandably suffer with dental phobias which are often due to difficult previous experiences. To me, my job is so much more than assisting with clinical treatment, it’s about building relationships with our patients, understanding them as the individuals they are, and personalising everything we do to make a real difference to their lives.
I am passionate about promoting oral hygiene, preventative dentistry and providing excellent dental care for my patients. I enjoy helping others and always offer a warm and welcoming demeanour with a patient-centric approach. Nothing is more rewarding to me than to make a positive change for my patients and seeing healthier and happier smiles.
