Native Manchester and Ducie Street Warehouse to host their first Supper Club

Native Manchester and Ducie Street Warehouse will host its first Supper Club featuring Chef Andrew and Chef Mary-Ellen

A first for the warehouse, the two Manchester-based chefs will curate an exceptional six-course menu and pre-arrival drink, priced at Β£75. The menu will showcase the best of local and independent producers, with a seasonal theme running throughout the dishes, a nod to this festive time of year. 

Supper Club at the Warehouse will bring people together for a worthy cause, to support Eat Well MCR, which has now delivered more than 50,000 meals across Greater Manchester to people side-lined by poverty.β€―Ticket sales from the special event will raise funds to provide chef-made meals for vulnerable adults and children around Greater Manchester.β€―Native Manchester and Ducie Street Warehouse will donate 500 meals to this cause, as part of this supper club. 

Six-Course Tasting Menu: 

Snack: Scallop Ceviche, fennel Kimchi, sourdough cracker 

Amuse bouche: Salt baked Celeriac Waldorf – candied walnut, pickled grapes, pink lady, sriracha mayonnaise 

Starter: Manchester smokehouse salmon, beetroot, mouse, cucumber, pumpernickel wafer 

Intermediate: Game broth with potato, Goashee & onion farls 

Main: Roast Goose, confit potatoes, sprouts with goose bacon & chestnuts, bread sauce, Wilshire black truffle gravy 

Dessert: Salted Caramel tart, hazelnut cream, toasted white chocolate 

On the evening, the renowned chefs Andrew Green and Mary-Ellen McTague will work collectively to prepare and cook the dishes for guests, in the Ducie Street Warehouse kitchen. Mary-Ellen will also curate the vibe of the first Supper Club at the Warehouse with a selected playlist, providing the sounds for the night. 

Native Manchester and Ducie Street Warehouse will come together to host this event. Starting at 6.30pm, guests will enjoy welcome drinks, curated by Ducie Street Warehouse Bar, in Native Manchester’s contemporary Penthouse apartment. Foodie guests can enjoy the cool, lifestyle vibes of the Native apartments, before taking a seat to commence the supper club in the Ducie Street Warehouse private dining room. On the evening, there will also be the option to add on a curated cocktail menu for Β£25, to pair with the food offering.
