The Secret to a Restful Night’s Sleep

These materials respond better to the body’s natural temperature changes, ensuring a cooler sleep environment and longer-lasting comfort compared to synthetic alternatives. Additionally, consider mattress toppers made from natural fibres as a budget-friendly option to enhance comfort.

Regarding sleep hygiene and routine, we recommend avoiding overstimulating activities like watching TV, working out or working in bed up to one hour before sleep to strengthen your brain’s association between the bedroom and sleep. If you are thinking about redecorating, then choosing a soothing colour palette for the bedroom and a design that is clutter-free, along with natural-fibre bedding such as linen or hemp, which aids in temperature regulation during sleep, all help to create a serene sleep enhancing ambiance.

Natural bedding is incredibly effective at regulating your body temperature whilst sleeping. Natural fibres, like organic wool, linen and hemp far surpass synthetics in breathability and comfort. While weighted blankets and heated options offer temporary relaxation, natural materials support your body’s innate thermoregulation, which is crucial for deep sleep.
