Limited availability on hospitality at the White Oak UK Polo Series, Friday 6 – Saturday 7 September, Chester Racecourse.
A day at the polo is one to be savoured. A luxurious pitch-side hospitality package is the perfect opportunity to entertain clients or enjoy a notable occasion with friends and family.
Polo has been played at Chester Racecourse since 2006 and a Chester Polo Club match day is now recognised as a firm favourite in the Cheshire social scene.
The September tournament is the perfect opportunity to mingle with the enthusiastic crowd as they finish off the summer in style.
On arrival, hospitality guests will be welcomed onto the hospitality marquee terrace with a drinks reception before taking their seats. A brief introduction to the game of Polo will be followed by a delicious luncheon.
After dining, guests are encouraged to take a front row seat to the matches, with their complimentary programme and team sheet in hand.
There are two packages available.
FRIDAY 6th
A formal three-course lunch and inclusive wine* is available, guests will be encouraged to enjoy this new offering for 2019 and take time to soak up the festival feel of the area from the Laurent-Perrier Champagne garden.
SATURDAY 7th
Offers a more relaxed dining experience with a two-course buffet style lunch. On both days’ guests will have exclusive use of their table throughout the day and are free to roam the mini shopping village within the family themed ParentFolk enclosure. Within this area guests will find live entertainment from ParentFolk’s resident DJ, pop-up bars, food stands and plenty of fun activities for youngsters.
