There is no mistaking the new BMW X6 Sports Activity Coupé. Amongst a raft of enhancements, its rare presence is amplified especially by a pronounced athletic design language, outstanding off-road capabilities, and a new optional Iconic Glow Kidney Grille, which simply dazzles. This is BMW at its boldest.
BMW practically started the whole coupé-SUV market with the original X6, and as the competition has grown, so too has the car that started it all. This new version, with its updated styling and new running gear, is a smidge longer and wider than its predecessor, but it packs in more equipment. BMW’s latest touchscreen satellite navigation system is included, along with a digital instrument cluster, a parking assistant and a fleet of driver assistance systems. You can even choose to have the BMW ‘kidney’ grille light up, if you so wish. Engines range from the ‘basic’ 3.0-litre diesel and petrol units to the top-of-the-range 523bhp M50i petrol.
