What do you do day-to-day in your role?

As Head of Client Experience, I am responsible for ensuring an entirely seamless and luxurious holiday for all of our clients from the moment they book to when they arrive back safely from their travels.

When a client speaks to one of our expert Travel Consultants they are taken through the best of our hand-picked properties to find the perfect destination for their holiday. Our Client Concierge team will then be on hand to offer clients 24 hour support to get them prepared and excited for their holidays. They will help with all pre-travel arrangements, including making all spa and restaurant bookings, as well as recommending and making any of those treats which make our holidays unique. Whether it is a romantic evening champagne gondola ride or a heliski experience we are able to help make that happen.

Once a client has arrived at their destination, they will be greeted by our professional resort teams who provide our clients with exclusive services, such as shuttles, complimentary adult ski guiding, private chefs, and award-winning ski programmes.

What experiences can you put together for a couple looking for a romantic getaway?

Our motto is β€˜everything’s possible’ so we can organise anything for couples, from meals at Michelin-starred restaurants to special horse-drawn sleigh rides. We organise late-night private lifts to mountain restaurants, special champagne picnics on the mountain, and complimentary ski guiding all while the little ones are in our children’s programmes, or with our private nannies and babysitters.

What’s your top luxury honeymoon recommendation?

I would recommend a β€˜Ski-moon’ in the romantic resort of Arosa, Switzerland, staying at my personal favourite, the five-star Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Arosa is the perfect luxury alpine destination for newlyweds who want to be whisked straight off to the slopes after the rush of their wedding to ski, relax and escape in a private alpine paradise with their own dedicated service.

The Tschuggen Grand Hotel has many unique luxury features, not least its own private mountain railway with panoramic windows which will transport our newlyweds up the mountain and onto the slopes in just 4 minutes. A personal ski guide will then ski with our couples around the vast and exciting pistes, stopping at the best mountain restaurants such as the Hornlihutte on the Hornli peak so that couples can enjoy the local specialities and a few glasses of fizz!

When our couples return from the slopes they can relax in the lavish 700 square meter spa, offering our honeymooners a complete menu of treatments alongside state-of-the-art fitness facilities.

Five outstanding restaurants await at The Tschuggen Grand Hotel, including the Michelin starred La Brezza where honeymooners can enjoy gourmet alpine cuisine in a truly romantic setting.

Sumptuous suites with stunning mountain views and sunny balconies are the norm at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Complemented by unique modern design, spacious proportions and luxurious marble bathrooms, this is the ultimate ski destination to instantly relax after the whirlwind of wedding celebrations.
