What current hairstyle trends do you enjoy working with?

I love effortless, undone, loose and natural looking hair that can be glammed up when the occasion arises.

What is your most requested hairstyle or cut?

Grown out, loose/shaggy bob. Collar bone/mid length hair is so versatile and can be dressed up or dressed down. I love this look on older women who want to be on trend.

I love making people feel good about themselves.

What’s your top hair tip for 2019?

My top tip for 2019 is not just to cover grey
but to create glossy radiant hair.

How do you give your clients the best customer service?

Consultation is key—I look at each of my clients as individuals taking aspects such as skin tones and lifestyles into consideration. That way I can create bespoke colours to suit them all.

What is your favourite thing about your clientele?

I love exchanging stories from each other’s day to day lives. I feel so thankful that they feel close enough to me to open up about their lives to me as a friend.

What do you enjoy most about being a hairdresser?

It’s the variety of the work, both cutting and colouring. Fashion changes so much, the shapes and colours. Also the variety of the clientele, their wants and needs.

What’s your top hair tip for 2019?

Aftercare for your hair. People spend money looking after their skin. Your hair is just as important. Introduce it to your beauty regime.

What do you enjoy most about being a hairdresser?

I love being able to be the outgoing social butterfly that I am and being able to be creative and producing beautiful hair over and over on a daily basis!

What is your favourite thing about your clientele?

I’ve gotten to know my clients very well over the years, as they love me, we have helped one another, listened to one another, laughed and cried together. They have become more than ‘just a client’ to me, more like friends.

My most requested hairstyle is balayage.

I love the shops, bars and restaurants in the city.

Always use heat defence.

I think treating each person
as an individual and tailoring services to their specific needs is extremely important to give clients the best customer experience.

What is your favourite hairstyle from the past?

Jennifer Aniston’s ‘The Rachel’ hairstyle that stands out to me from the past. That hairstyle was everywhere at the time.
