The family are guided around the outlet by an illuminated star which navigates through a variety of stores, selecting must-have gifts, before finding its pride position at the top of the iconic Christmas tree.

The Winter Village:
The centre’s annual winter village returns, with 400,000 square feet of retail space transformed into a magical Christmas experience for the entire family. Centre guests will be able to relax and unwind by cosying up under the stars in their very own private wooden hut – the perfect setting to enjoy a Christmas tipple.

The Iconic Christmas tree returns….taller and brighter than ever before:
This year’s glittering showstopper will rival previous creations, standing at nearly 100ft tall – making it the tallest Christmas tree in the UK. Decked with 100,000 baubles – a thousand of which are the size of footballs, more than five miles of white twinkling fairy lights and 20,000 sparkling red bulbs, this year’s festive spruce will offer a spectacular centre point of the outlet’s planned Christmas festivities.
Breakfast with Santa Claus:
What better way to put smiles on little ones faces than to have breakfast with Father Christmas himself. Every Saturday and Sunday in December, Carluccio’s will play host to Santa and his Elves, offering little diners the opportunity to tell Santa themselves what’s on top of their Christmas list.
