Cheshire Oaks based company Elan Homes expands in desirable locations across Cheshire
Elan Homes has built its reputation on building superb specification homes in some of the region’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, and, as the business expands with the launch of new developments across Cheshire and the surrounding area, discerning buyers will have even more to choose from.
The company, has a focus on traditionally built open market developments providing family housing in sustainable, yet desirable locations.
During 2018 Elan achieved sell-out success at various locations including Old Quay Meadow, Neston; The Hawthorns, Lach Dennis; Sycamore Gardens, Congleton; and Westminster Place, near Chester and earlier this year at Hope Park Mews in Macclesfield. Helping to satisfy market demand, Elan recently opened a show home at Handforth Court, Handforth, and launched sales at Derwent Court between Chorlton and Didsbury, and Culcheth Green, Culcheth, “off plan”, with new homes coming soon at Lindow Fields, Wilmslow.

While the final large and luxurious home, a five-bedroom detached “Wilmslow” style property is on sale at The Larches, work is now underway on another Elan development, less than half a mile away. Lindow Fields is soon to launch, offering 10 executive four and five-bedroom homes.
In nearby Handforth, perfectly placed between the Cheshire countryside, Wilmslow and Manchester, a three-storey show home recently opened at Handforth Court, showcasing the three and four-bedroom homes available.

Selected properties are available with incentive packages. Buyers could receive a £10,000 discount voucher or have the Stamp Duty paid. Some homes are available with flooring throughout and turf to rear garden.
Derwent Court, on Derwent Avenue, between Chorlton and Didsbury, has just launched, offering 13 premium quality homes. Five pairs of semi-detached houses and three terraced properties are being created all with four bedrooms, set over three floors. The homes will range in size from 1,498 sq ft to 1,768 sq ft, each with rear gardens, an integral single garage and designated parking spaces.
