Hayley Rubens hosted a Ladies Charity Lunch in aid of raising the awareness of Charcot-Marie-Tooth UK (CMT) on Tuesday 23rd October at The Vine Brasserie in Whitefield, Manchester. Hayley’s son was diagnosed with CMT only this year at 19 years old after years of operations, tests and appointments with Doctors around the country. The event was organised by Kate Park Events and sponsored by SPL Foods. The drinks reception was kindly sponsored by Tanqueray Gin. The event was a huge success with 80 ladies attending and raising £12k for the much needed research in to the condition CMT.
