In celebration of Rachel's life, The Cheshire Magazine has commissioned a limited-edition 90cmX90cm silk scarf which can be pre-ordered for a minimum donation of £75, with all profits supporting Women's Aid.

The Inspiration Behind The Scarf

"The design of the scarf was initially inspired by The Tree of Life, a symbol of connection, continuity and enduring bonds that unite us. Through the reflections and imagery shared by those closest to Rachel, the piece evolved naturally in a more personal direction - The Tree of Rachel’s Loves. Woven through the hand-drawn design are details that we hope reflect her spirit and passions: elegant perfume bottles, lipsticks and hearts, all intertwined among soft, organic scrolls. The colours Rachel loved - rich berry, lilac and pink - act as accents, while the use of gold connects the piece to The Golden Lunch event held in her memory. The aim of the piece was to celebrate Rachel's life and create a piece that also reflects the beauty of womanhood."
